- Email Service Provider (MailerLite / Mailchimp / ConvertKit) — for delivery of free guide sequences. The provider operates under its own Privacy Policy and is GDPR-compliant.
- WordPress / Elementor — website platform and page builder.
- Fluent Forms Pro — contact form processing. Form data is stored in the WordPress database on our hosting server.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or by a court order.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 3 years in case of ongoing or follow-up advocacy work. Deleted upon request.
